Key Responsibilities
Manage proposals, project tracking, timecards, expenses, and budgets to drive efficiency.
Assist senior consultants with key commercial tasks, update and manage opportunities in our CRM.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications, conduct market research to support business growth.
Organize digital and physical information systems, prepare reports, memos, and coordinate travel arrangements for the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills, problem-solving attitude and ability to adapt quickly.
Customer-focused with a positive approach.
