Descripción del trabajoExcellent communication skills in English Strong ability to think both technically and pragmatically Strong organization and time management skills Deep understanding of all aspects of the software product development lifecycle Ability to inspire and guide others by earning trust, fostering connections, and communicating effectively Minimum 4 years of product management experience working with developers and stakeholders to define features and create a product roadmap Advanced technical background with hands-on experience in REST APIs and PHP / Laravel Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent Strong problem-solving skills, especially in the context of troubleshooting Adaptable and motivated by a strong desire to learn and continuously enhance abilities Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals Chance to develop new skills and expertise Competitive compensation package
Key responsibilities of this position include :
- Leading a team of product managers to expand reach of technical knowledge across the company

- Serving as a manager or mentor to one or more product managers within the technology solutions team
