Major international and national enterprises rely on our capability to drive large-scale Supply Chain Transformations in response to growth, sustainability, omnichannel challenges or new business models. We are seeking a Consultant to support our growth.

The new joiner will collaborate with clients and project teams to enhance supply chain efficiency, contribute to cost savings, understand and model current operational processes, identify main pain points, define and develop solutions, and support implementation activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop supply chain modelling and design skills across multiple industries in an international environment. Domestic travel may be required depending on project requirements.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis : Collect, inspect, clean, transform, and model client data to identify current operational status and pain points, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities.

Solution Development : Collaborate with team members to develop solutions, strategies, and scenarios to enhance the client supply chain; analyze technical aspects to calculate savings and build roadmaps or support implementation.

Implementation Assistance : Aid clients in understanding or implementing selected solutions, working with project teams to ensure successful execution.

Client Engagement and Interaction : Track delivery and validation activities from the client side; maintain effective communication and manage expectations.

Documentation : Create, update, maintain, and store project documentation for clients and internal reference.

Project Tracking : Monitor task development and share planning or execution risks with the Project Director.

Continuous Improvement : Participate in internal projects aimed at identifying and improving internal processes to increase efficiency and value delivery.

Order Entry Support : Support offers and tender development as project demands allow.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Logistics), Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; other similar degrees / Master’s degrees may be accepted if the candidate demonstrates relevant capabilities.

Certifications a plus : Coupa - Supply Chain Design Foundations, Coupa - Supply Chain Network Optimization, APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional, Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt, Data Analytics.

1-4 years of relevant supply chain consultancy experience.

Experience modeling optimization problems and / or using supply chain design tools; hands-on with client collaboration.

Proven ability to implement effective supply chain solutions; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; time management and goal-setting abilities.

Communication : clear, empathetic, people-oriented, team-oriented, adaptable.

Project management experience is preferable.

Languages : Spanish native; English professional; other languages (German, French) valuable.

You will participate in large-scale supply chain decisions impacting service, inventory, cost, investments and carbon emissions for our customers, and interact with key stakeholders to support sourcing, industrial, distribution, transportation, inventory, and go-to-market decisions.
