We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ETL Developer to join our Data Management team.

You will play a key part in the successful delivery of data migration and integration solutions across core insurance systems.

Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes to support data migration and / or integration from legacy systems to modern core insurance platforms.

Analyze and profile source system data to understand structures, relationships, and quality issues across insurance-related domains such as policies, claims, billing, and customer information.

Collaborate with Business Analysts and Data Architects to interpret data mapping specifications and convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implement complex data transformations, cleansing routines, and validation rules to ensure high-quality and consistent data in the target environment.

Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans for ETL workflows, including unit testing, integration testing, and support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Optimize ETL performance for handling large volumes of insurance data and ensure scalability and efficiency of the data pipeline.

Requirements

Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL processes using various technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data quality issues.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
