What we’re looking for

Are you a passionate Safety Engineer? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team.

Core Responsibilities :

• Design technical safety concepts and software architectures.
• Define and negotiate safety mechanisms with development partners.
• Lead requirements engineering, software design, and support implementation.
• Document software development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support and drive safety analysis activities (FMEA, HARA, FTA).
• (Optional) Experience with doc-as-code tools.

Required Experience :

Experience in multicultural teams

Languages

English : C1 (reading, writing, speaking)

German : desirable (not mandatory)
