As we scale our presence in Madrid, we’re hiring talented engineers across several disciplines—including AI Engineer, Front-End Developer, and Software Developer—to join the core technology team.

What You’ll Work On Depending on your skill set and role focus, you may :

Design and deploy AI / ML models for real-time data applications

Build responsive, UX-focused front-end interfaces with React / TypeScript

Develop scalable backend systems in Java, Python, or Node.js

Work across AWS or Azure to deliver secure, cloud-native solutions

Create and manage APIs and microservices with SQL-based databases

Contribute to DevOps practices, performance optimization, and CI / CD pipelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and services

Apply strong engineering principles to ensure reliability and performance at scale

What We’re Looking For We are open to candidates at different levels, provided you bring strong fundamentals and a passion for high-quality software. Across all roles, we’re looking for :

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database design

Strong technical foundation in your area—whether AI / ML, web development, or backend systems

Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control (Git), and clean code practices

A desire to work on impactful, high-performance products in a collaborative environment

Minimum Academic Requirements To be considered for any of these roles, candidates must meet the following academic benchmarks :

Bachillerato GPA of 9.0 or higher

Bachelor’s degree GPA of 7.0 or higher (or international equivalent)
