About The Role
In this role you will work with our core infrastructure, from cloud provider configuration (AWS and GCP) via Terraform to microservices deployment on Kubernetes, plus monitoring. The team is large, collaborative, and covers a wide range of tools.
What you’ll be doing
- Design, implement and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure for our platform and services
- Contribute to SRE standards and tooling, evolving our infrastructure‑as‑code, observability stack and reliability framework
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve production incidents and contribute to post‑incident reviews
- Plan and execute upgrades of core infrastructure systems (EKS, databases, Kafka clusters) with minimal downtime
- Grow your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation and observability

What you bring
Experience in Platform / SRE / Infrastructure teams, managing multiple Kubernetes clusters (10+)Fluent in English; company languageCuriosity and love for learning new languages, frameworks and working stylesCapability to solve complex challenges at scale and maintain high quality standardsAdvocate for thorough code reviews and proactive design over quick fixesRecognized within your team for tackling challenging problems and enabling other engineersWho you’ll work with
You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager of the SRE team, part of the Developer Platform Group, collaborating closely with Security, Developer Experience and Backend Core teams.

UK : £69,000 – £74,000 per annumDenmark, Sweden, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands : €78,700 – €83,500 per annumSpain, Portugal & France : €71,500 – €75,900 per annumPositions are open in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Portugal, France, the UK & the Netherlands. Physical presence in one of these countries is required; remote or hybrid work is possible but visa sponsorship is not offered.
