The Sales Operations position is simultaneously enriching, technical, and intense.

Your role will be simple : grow Papernest using simple and effective tools and processes.

The Sales Operations position is highly cross-functional, spanning the needs of several teams and countries (France, Spain, Italy, etc.).

Not only will it allow you to improve and develop your technical skills (CRM, user experience, data analysis, programming), but it will also allow you to leverage your leadership and project management abilities.

You'll join the 9-person Sales Operations team, at the heart of Papernest's business and strategic challenges.

Your responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the technical team to develop process automation (Jira, Salesforce Flow, no-code tools like Make...)
• Help analyze sales data and implement an action plan to achieve objectives :
• Use existing dashboards and improve our data visualization
• Take steps to correct discrepancies and achieve goals
• Communicate results to the other teams involved
• Assist the Sales Ops Lead in managing the supplier's portfolio of offers
• Configure offers and prices
• Coordinate with other teams (training, product, operations) to launch or update offers
• Resolve technical and operational incidents daily
• Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize and improve processes using the Lean methodology (Value Stream Mapping (VSM), shadowing, etc.)
