RF Test Engineer

We are seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to join our growing team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimisation of RF test setups and measurements for high-frequency active devices and photonic components.

Perform RF testing and characterization of active devices including LNAs, PAs, and RF photonic modulation components.

Conduct measurements up to 6–7 GHz, focusing on S-parameter performance and overall device behaviour.

Develop, automate, and maintain test systems using modern measurement instrumentation.

Analyse test data, generate detailed reports, and provide feedback to design and development teams.

Collaborate closely with design, hardware, and production teams to ensure consistent product performance and quality.

Proven experience working with RF test and measurement equipment, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators.

Experience testing LNAs, PAs, and photonic modulation devices.

Familiarity with automated test environments (ATE) and probe station testing is an advantage.

Programming experience in Python, C / C++, or VBA for test automation preferred.
