Software Engineer (Trading and Risk)

A Software Engineer is needed to craft a brand new modelling platform for traders, Risk Managers and Analysts to build model driven business insights, risk indicators, valuations, optimisation and forecasts.

This role requires expertise in constructing a responsive and adaptive User Interface, mastering the art of dynamic component generation, real-time communication, and addressing the complexities of an ever-changing digital environment.

• Create intuitive and responsive UIs using advanced design patterns.
• Implement new features and migrate existing models and tools to the new framework.
• Manage state with finesse, leveraging the power of RxJs and Context API.
• Skilfully adjust to evolving project requirements.
• Excel in implementing real-time data exchange between the backend and frontend.
• Ensure robustness and reliability through comprehensive testing.
• Embrace principles of continuous integration and delivery for maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building Trading and Modelling tools in financial environments, a proven track record in React development, and knowledge of Cloud DevOps CI / CD Foundations.
