Your Tasks
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers responsible for wind turbine component development
- Provide strategic and technical guidance to ensure successful project execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and align project goals across departments
- Oversee multiple development projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
- Ensure technical feasibility in collaboration with interdisciplinary engineering teams
- Manage the full development lifecycle from concept to serial production
- Implement effective risk and stakeholder management strategies
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
Your Profile
M.Sc. in Engineering, Physics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), with additional training in Project ManagementProven experience in leading and mentoring Project Managers, ideally in the wind energy sectorStrong background in project management methodologies; PM certification preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSystematic, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindsetProficient in MS Office (incl. MS Project Server); experience with ERP and PLM systems is a plusIntercultural competence and ability to work in international teamsFluent in English; German and Spanish are a plusWillingness to travel as neededYour Benefits
