Overview

Unlock Your Potential as a Manager of Experimentation and Optimization

The role involves leading the development, delivery, and architecture of our experimentation program.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead a small team of developers to oversee technical work, code quality, and project delivery.
Partner with product and marketing leaders to translate strategies into scalable A / B tests.
Own the technical roadmap, architecture, and end-to-end delivery for our entire experimentation program.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role, with a deep focus on front-end development & web architecture.

Expert-level proficiency with an A / B Testing Platform such as Optimizely / StatSig / Adobe Target.

Advanced mastery of modern front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML / CSS, and React.
