Position Details
- Language requirements : Fluent in one of Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian or Spanish plus English C1-C2
- Contract type : Permanent (contrato indefinido)
- Work model : 100% remote (you must already reside in Spain)
- Field : Technical Customer Support cloud services, SaaS, digital tools, and similar
- Schedule : Monday to Friday (no night shifts)
- Training : Fully paid
Your Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to B2B or B2C clients using cloud-based tools and platformsTroubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions via chat, email or phoneCollaborate with engineering and product teams for escalations and improvementsCreate and improve internal documentation and client-facing FAQsWhat We Offer
