Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic plan for the business unit in line with corporate objectives.
Lead and manage teams responsible for commercial, marketing, and medical functions, ensuring alignment and performance.
Ensure excellence in medical detailing and commercial execution across all prescription channels.
Manage financial performance, prepare budget forecasts, and monitor profitability.
Guarantee compliance with scientific, regulatory, and corporate standards.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
MBA desirable.
Fluent English language skills; additional languages are an asset.
7–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. Proven success in commercial leadership roles. Previous exposure to licensing projects is highly valued. Minimum 2 years leading a business unit or equivalent function.
