Project Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee a critical project within the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and optimization of a position-keeping system, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, risk management, and regulatory compliance and at lease 7 years of experience in similar roles, in particular on the Spanish market. The client is a leading financial institution with a strong presence in the Corporate and Investment Banking sector. Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and business units, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Performance Monitoring : Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders. Team Leadership : Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Vertical skills : must be able to challenge Murex stakeholders based on the candidate understanding of the business. Qualifications Previous Experience in Project Management 6 years of Technical Murex Knowledge (important to challenge stakeholders) Previous Murex Configuration experience Capital Markets knowledge STEM degree Finance background Fluent in Spanish
