Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual / phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team : your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris : our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as a Senior HRIS Project Manager. Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and an agile environment.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in large-scale digital transformation programs involving HR systems, data migration, or enterprise integration.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end technical migration and integration projects, including governance, risk & issue management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience using JIRA for demand and project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors) and coordinate with global programs.
• Experience in change management, training coordination, and post-go-live support planning.
• Solid understanding of HR processes (payroll, talent management, employee lifecycle) and HRIS platforms, ideally Oracle HCM.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in European markets, particularly within financial services.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and steering committee facilitation skills.
• Advanced English (C1) and Spanish.
• Based in Madrid (hybrid role)
