Welcome to the world of land-based gaming. At Light & Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.
This role supports the Gaming team by engaging with operators, merchants, partners and customers in Northern Europe to promote, qualify and onboard opportunities, and to ensure alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Have strong stakeholder management with our current operators’ merchants, partners and customers ensuring high quality standard of service.
- Excellent knowledge of the markets and customers in Northern Europe.
- Ensuring a strong link between our internal teams and those current merchants / partners and customers as well as new business.
- Actively engage and onboard new merchants
- Actively promote our products and services relevant to the gaming industry
- Support product in identifying functionality gaps and new product requirements for the gaming vertical
- Growing, monitoring, and updating your pipeline within the CRM system and ensuring that you are on top of your queues
- Overseeing the submission of complete applications for new merchants
- Being the liaison between internal teams and Partners / Merchants
- Participate in any projects that the Gaming team are working on that are relevant to the Sales team and overall Sales targets.
- Attend Gaming related trade shows and webinars to promote Light & Wonder
Qualifications
Fluency in written and spoken English and German (other regional languages considered an asset, especially French)iGaming and land based experienceAbility to demonstrate strong sales & negotiating skills alongside interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in delivering strong product presentations that have led to successful outcomesProven experience of meeting sales-based targetsAbility to take responsibility and ownership of your role with enthusiasm and a positive, resilient attitudeStrong solution-oriented mindset with robust customer relationship management to drive performance, targets and KPIsWork Conditions
This role will require travel to and from prospective merchants throughout Europe and the US to participate in on-site, offsite and virtual meetings, which could result in evening and weekend work.
