We’re searching for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. You’ll be part of a growing office that represents the Lucas Fox brand in one of Spain’s most exciting luxury markets. What you’ll be doing

• Handle qualified inbound leads — creating real opportunities.
• Grow your client base through networking, local outreach, and social media.
• Guide clients through the full buying process — from property viewings to negotiation and completion.
• Source and list new properties, building strong relationships with homeowners and developers.
• Create high-quality listings — from pricing and staging advice to coordinating professional photos and marketing materials.
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep your CRM up to date and manage your pipeline efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing to build your personal brand and online presence.
