Responsibilities Own, manage and resolve issues as part of service management across multiple wholesale partners.

Provide service management support across multiple customers, focusing on owning, managing and resolving issues.

Act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams and global service providers; maintain action-oriented, proactive service operations.
