We are looking for fresh graduates in a Business Bachelor or Master’s Degree to join our Procurement Department as Junior Procurement Specialist in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Environment and Market Insight : Analyzing supplier development and information on their market trends.
• Monitor the price impact of economic environment changes on the basic cost elements of the market.
• Supplier sourcing and qualification support for new product / service capabilities.
• Supplier contract clause clarification and negotiation preparation.
• Procurement Contract Management and internal control operation.
• Core internal and external meeting organization, recording and summarizing, with publicity if needed.
• Supplier performance management, including evaluation, communication of results with suppliers, and setting and monitoring improvement actions; collect and respond to supplier feedback.

General requirements

Experience

1 year related work experience.

Language

English & Spanish fluent in writing and speaking.

Education

Bachelor Degree or above.
