Cybersecurity Project Manager

Overview For one of my customers, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager.

Duration : 3+ months (renewable)

Location : Europe (100% remote)

We are seeking a skilled Transition Manager to lead and coordinate cybersecurity and compliance transformation initiatives across multiple technical domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams and driving strategic transitions in the areas of :

Operational Technology (OT) Security

IT Compliance

Key Responsibilities Assess the current cybersecurity posture across cloud, OT, endpoint, and compliance domains.

Define and implement transition strategies to improve security maturity and operational efficiency.

Develop and manage transition roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across the four domains.

Ensure effective collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Program Execution Oversee execution of security initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.

Establish governance models and reporting structures for transition activities.

Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for transition-related communications.

Ensure stakeholder buy-in and alignment throughout the transition lifecycle.

Required Qualifications Proven experience in managing IT or cybersecurity transitions in large enterprise environments.

OT Security : ICS / SCADA protection, network segmentation, anomaly detection.

Endpoint Security : EDR / XDR platforms, patching, device hardening.

Compliance : ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage global teams and complex transformation programs.
