ZYMVOL is a biotech company specialized in the design, development and application of molecular modeling software in the discovery and development of industrial enzymes.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Molecular Modeler to join our team. The position is based at our Headquarters in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of early-phase projects in enzyme discovery and optimization, providing computational insights to guide experimental strategies.
• Apply state-of-the-art computational chemistry methods to solve biological and enzymatic challenges.
• Integrate emerging computational approaches such as protein structure elucidation, AI-driven protein design, and predictive modeling into our existing method portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Develop and automate computational workflows using Python, C++, or similar tools.
• Maintain and develop a working knowledge of state-of-the-art computational chemistry methods and their application to enzyme discovery.
