Senior Database Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Database Administrator to join our team in Spain. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience with database administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of various databases.

Key responsibilities include :

• Supporting daily database operations : resolving incidents, troubleshooting issues, and performing change management tasks.
• Monitoring database health and performance, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing solutions.
• Capacity planning, storage management, and database optimization to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Managing database backups, patching, and recovery procedures to prevent data loss.
• Providing technical consultancy on database-related issues and supporting disaster recovery and continuity planning efforts.

A successful Database Administrator will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
