AI lead / architect | Global IOT Cloud Hub

We are looking for an AI / Data Architect to help shape and scale our global Data & AI strategy. This position plays a central role in building advanced AI solutions, GenAI, designing data architectures , and ensuring that real business challenges are translated into impactful, scalable products across our international organization.

Our client a global technology HUB leading the market in industrial IoT and AI connected solutions. The company employs over 30,000 professionals worldwide, with teams distributed across three major technology hubs in Madrid and the USA..

Role :

Work with program leads and product teams to deeply understand business needs and define the problem before selecting any technical approach.

Own the full technical lifecycle of AI solutions : data exploration, feature engineering, model design, training, and validation.

Develop a range of models—from traditional ML techniques to deep learning and Generative AI applications.

Build rapid prototypes (POCs / MVPs) to test ideas, measure value, and validate with end users.

Design scalable architectures in collaboration with global technology and platform teams, leveraging Azure, Databricks, and shared data assets.

Ensure solutions are designed for large-scale deployment, not limited to POCs.

Mentor AI practitioners and support the development of reusable frameworks and best practices.

Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to evolve our Data & AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Foundry and Databricks Agent Bricks.

Requirements :

3+ years of experience delivering end-to-end AI or ML solutions with measurable business impact.

Strong background in Azure Databricks, Data Factory, SQL, Python, and data science libraries.

Practical knowledge of Generative AI and building solutions with LLMs, fine-tuning, or prompt engineering.

Understanding of CI / CD for data and automated pipeline orchestration.

Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or Databricks’ newest agentic capabilities is a plus.
