Organization Description

This role is one of the first hires in our Cubbo Apps organization, based in Barcelona. From this organization inside Cubbo, we aim to build new SaaS Apps outside logistics, that follow our vision of helping business grow and scale around the world.

Outcomes - What success looks like

By the end of year one, you will have :

• Partnership Channel Opened – Built at least 3–5 meaningful partnerships that drive new customer acquisition.
• Onboarding Engine – Designed and implemented a scalable onboarding process, achieving a 90%+ successful activation rate for new customers.
• CRM System – Set up and optimized a CRM to manage the full customer journey, from lead to renewal.
• Revenue Contribution – Directly contributed to at least 25–30% of early revenues through partnerships, onboardings, and GTM initiatives.
• Playbook Creation – Documented GTM processes and built repeatable systems to support scale.
