About the Role :
This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional to drive sales by providing technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process. This position demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our solutions, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our solutions to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our offering and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with departments such as Product, Integrations, Payroll, and Customer Success to design solutions and relay feedback.
- Contribute to providing technical responses to RFPs & RFIs
- Provide technical expertise and support during the entire sales cycle, including post-sale handoff to the implementation team.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within Global Payroll, HR and SaaS industries.Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and articulate new ideas.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Mindset :
