Business Analyst (Junior / Mid Level)

Overview

In CAPITOLE we are looking to reinforce our team with a Junior / Mid Level Business Analyst to work on an international project in the insurance and financial sector. This role will relate to the functionality of the accounting and invoicing software .

The main focus

Heavily support the SME whose English is not their first language. Acting as an intermediary between internal and external parties. Ensuring clear and effective communication between internal and external parties. Ensuring quality documentation. Supporting all parties meet their tasks and goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as an intermediary between internal and external parties and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Support the SME whose English is not their first language.
• Ensure quality documentation and traceability of requirements.
• Help all parties meet their tasks and project goals.
