Real Estate Valuation Expert
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Real Estate Valuation Expert.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the valuation of real estate assets of different typologies, including land, residential properties, offices, and warehouses.
Key responsibilities :
- Valuation of real estate assets using various methods such as comparison, income capitalization, and others.
- Analysis of market value, expected rental value, and assumptions about market liquidity.
- Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors, defining the valuation strategy, scope, and deadlines.
