Role focused on software solution support , data-driven service deployment , and project collaboration for Customer Center clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and retain customers under software contracts (TechCover).
- Contribute to service contract development for installed solutions.
- Proactively deploy Data Driven Services and Smart Integrated Assembly (SIA) .
- Work with sales to define service support offers.
- Validate compatibility between Atlas Copco systems and tightening technologies.
- Integrate local developments with Atlas Copco tools.
- Manage requests and reporting via QCM and Spirit .
Project & Commissioning Phase
- Assess IT / SW scope and costs.
- Install, configure, and validate solutions.
- Handle change requests, testing, and customer training.
- Support during pilot and production integration phases.
Maintenance Phase
- Provide remote or on-site support.
- Monitor IT / SW incidents.
- Reconfigure systems and implement updates or upgrades.
To succeed, you will need Required Knowledge
- Knowledge of servo-controlled industrial electric tools .
- Knowledge of industrial IT systems and office software.
- Network infrastructure and main communication protocols.
- Knowledge of Database Management and communication protocols :
SQL / MQTT Brokers & MQTT Protocol / RabbitMQ / API / others .
- Basic understanding of automation / PLC / MES / other related systems .
- Ability to use the available equipment effectively.
- Knowledge of IT project management .
- Ability to work with sensitive data .
- English level : B1 / B2.
- Valid driving license (Category B) .
- Education level : DUT in Mechanical and Production Engineering, DUT in Electrical and Industrial Computing, BTS in Electrotechnics, or equivalent.

Job location
You will join our Customer Center, headquartered in Barcelona. You will become part of a dynamic field team and will travel regularly to visit customers within an assigned area.
