The IT Project Management Office (PMO) is a critical function that oversees the strategy, governance, and operational execution of IT projects. As an IT PMO Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with broader IT and business objectives.
This role requires a deep understanding of project management frameworks, change management, and Agile methodologies. You will design and implement scalable project management frameworks, govern and oversee project portfolio execution, and define project standards, KPIs, and reporting practices.

You will work closely with IT and business leaders to support initiative prioritization, resource planning, and risk management. This role also involves integrating Agile ways of working into the PMO governance model, developing a clear project intake and approval process, and tracking and reporting on overall portfolio health.
