Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee project execution.
Responsibilities :
- Support pre-sales activities such as solution design, estimation, planning, and setting assumptions. Communicate client vision, objectives, and expectations to the project team.
- Assign tasks to team members, managing their schedules, vacations, and absences.
- Ensure project progress aligns with deadlines, scope, and budget.
- Manage change requests, informing all stakeholders of schedule and budget impacts.
- Provide project updates to clients and the Customer Success Manager, leading follow-up meetings and steering committees.
- Alert management to potential deviations and develop communication and risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee project documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Lead project demos and resolve issues during implementation.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate project outcomes to identify successes and areas for improvement.
- Distribute customer satisfaction surveys post-project.
- Identify opportunities for Up & Cross-Selling.
- Lead team retrospectives and suggest internal improvements.
- Participate in team development, training, and supervision to enhance skills.
Experience Needed :
At least 5 years of experience in project management roles.Minimum 3 years in end-to-end CRM implementation processes.Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Jira, etc.).Proficiency in English (medium-high level).What We Offer :
