- Reporting to the HR Director for Southern Europe, you will be responsible for supporting the
- full range of human resources operations
- and act as the key contact point for our team
- in Spain, Portugal and Italy
- .You will provide advice to employees and front-line managers of the organisation on all operational and administrative aspects of HR.The ideal candidate will have the ability and willingness to get involved in all areas of HR and have a passion for influencing and fostering a positive culture and work environment. You have the ability to act as a strategic HR admin partner with business leaders and employees.
- As the Senior HR Advisor Iberia and Italy, you will :
- Efficient administration of all aspects of the employee lifecycle in Spain, Portugal and Italy : including full payroll cycle, on boarding, off boarding, benefits management and administration and other key processes. As such, produce HR documentation and correspondence as required, including references, employment contracts, letters, and others.
- Keep up to date with SE employment law changes to ensure the company maintains compliance
- Build trusted relationships : with employees through engagement practices to help guide them through global and local change and to promote a high level of employee morale and engagement
- Partnering
- : Provide a consultancy service in terms of HR policies for line managers.
- Data management & quality
- : Ensuring data input in HR systems is correct and in compliance with local and global policy.
- Employee Development
- : Support the HR Director in conducting Performance Review Process, Talent Review, and other HR related projects.
- Internal Communication
- : Collaborate with the local Marketing teams to conduct employee communications.
- Take on a ‘champion’ role to ensure successful implementation of HR strategies and policies within SE to ensure a global alignment in parallel with country specific regulations.
- YOUR PROFILE
- The ideal Senior HR Advisor has :
- University Degree in relevant area
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- 4 to 6 years of HR Advisory experience in Spain, within a global company, and full management of HR admin processes
- Experience with
- Workday
- mandatory (or any other HRIS)
- Have a good degree of competency in applying employment law in Spain. Valuable experience with Portugal and Italy.
- Ability to work independently in a standalone role without direct day to day supervision and collaboratively in a virtual team
- Have a proven ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels locally and virtually
- Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations
- Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
