You will collaborate closely with AI Scientists, Data Engineers, and MLOps specialists to transform advanced research into reliable production-ready systems.

• Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable AI systems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance in production.
• Collaborate closely with AI Scientists to translate AI models into production-grade applications.
• Deploy and maintain ML / DL models and pipelines on cloud-based infrastructures, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and enhance tools for automated model training, validation, monitoring, and retraining.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, managing API design, microservices architecture, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Implement best practices around MLOps, data versioning, experiment tracking, reproducibility, and CI / CD workflows.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI engineering, cloud services, and infrastructure to continuously enhance the team's capabilities.
• Requirements
• Must-Have
• MSc or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Strong experience deploying AI / ML models into production, including containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, with deep knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI / CD), automation tools, and model lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, microservices, API design, and system architecture.Nice-to-Have
• Experience with Generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with financial services, banking technologies, or other regulated environments.
• Contributions to open-source AI engineering projects or active participation in the global AI engineering community.
