Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves delivering expert-level technical support on hardware and software across wireless communication solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support on hardware for wireless products, including repeaters, DAS, Open RAN, and small cell systems.
- Collaborate closely with our teams to ensure the successful deployment and optimization of our solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product and system issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain regular communication with our development team to stay updated on product developments and technology trends.
Key Qualifications
3+ years\' of technical support experience (hardware and software)Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skillsAble to travel to support customer deployments and training.Hands-on experience in wireless telecommunications, especially in the deployment and maintenance of telecom network infrastructure.Working Environment
