Chief Executive Assistant (m / f / d)

Office : El-Sauceral or Madrid

Your tasks :

• Operational support of the owner in daily business (organizational, administrative and strategic tasks)
• Coordination and interface management between business partners and companies
• Travel and appointment management on a national and international level
• Preparation and support of meetings, including minutes and follow-up-activities
• Processing of absolutely confidential correspondence as well as preparation of reports
• Budget responsibility : Planning and controlling compliance with budgets
