About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Restaurant Operations Associate to join our growing team at Tebi. You\'ll play a critical role in onboarding new restaurant partners, supporting their success, and identifying opportunities to drive operational scale. This is a cross-functional role that combines strategy, analysis, and execution ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with leadership and teams across Operations, Product, Finance to ensure our restaurant partners are not just onboarded but set up for long-term success.

What You'll Do Onboarding & Merchant Success

Onboard new restaurant partners, helping them get live on Tebi quickly and effectively

Account Management, serve as a go-to contact for merchants, building strong, trust-based relationships

Guide merchants through hardware setup and technical configurations

Operational Excellence

Develop and improve onboarding and support playbooks

Identify bottlenecks in merchant processes and propose solutions

Work with Product to build scalable solutions based on merchant needs

Data & Strategy

Analyze merchant behavior and success metrics to drive strategic decisions

Build dashboards and reports to surface actionable insights

Contribute to cross-functional initiatives to improve merchant outcomes

What We're Looking For 2+ years experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, business development, or at a high-growth startup. Experience in the restaurant or food-tech space is a big plus.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or equivalent practical experience.

Analytical thinker : You know how to interpret data and turn it into meaningful action.

Exceptional communication skills : You’re comfortable interfacing with both merchants and internal stakeholders.

Highly organized, resourceful, and proactive : You love solving problems and finding better ways of doing things.

High energy : You’re just as happy rolling up your sleeves as you are thinking strategically.
