We are looking for a Technical Team Lead to join our Agile team in charge of the continuous improvements in all of our software developments, including backends, frontends as well as the development and support of our different customer integrations.

About the Team Reporting to the CTO, you will be integrated in a team that is moving towards Agility. As a startup company, we are fast-learners but still adapting some of the processes, so you can help us in the shaping of our Scrum framework; improving our working flows & CICD. You will be part of our rituals : daily meetings, Sprint planning, Spikes, Retros, refinements and regular brainstorming sessions. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Technical Team Lead to join our software development team, supporting agile practices and facilitating the effective and timely delivery of high-quality software products. As a Technical Team Lead, you will play a key role in guiding, and supporting an agile team, while working closely with our Delivery Manager to ensure the alignment of agile practices with broader project goals.

Responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews, ensuring productive and positive outcomes.

Work with the software development team to remove obstacles and address issues that could impede progress, promoting efficient workflow and a positive team environment.

Collaborate with the area managers to align sprint goals with overall project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Coach team members in agile principles and practices, encouraging continuous improvement and promoting a culture of collaboration and transparency.

Support the Product Manager in maintaining alignment between agile teams and business stakeholders.

Releases and version management for all software disciplines following strict QMS procedures

Maintain software development and quality QMS documentation and ensure QMS procedures compliance in collaboration with quality manager

Give technical support to clients integrating Mediktor's technology

Give technical support to live clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, (or equivalent experience).

Proven +1 year experience as a delivery manager / technical manager in a software development environment.

Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and experience in applying them in cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira), and an understanding of metrics that support agile practices.

Ability to collaborate effectively with project management and development teams, fostering a harmonious and goal-oriented work environment.

Experience in client technical support for software products

Basic programming skills and logic-minded

Fluent in Spanish and english.

Nice-to-Have

Previous experience in software development or technical project management

Experience in the medical device industry

Experience with quality management systems
