Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to promote the franchisee journey and enhance the company's reputation.
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience through the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute recruitment strategies, including cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
Track and analyze recruitment data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Refine the franchisee profile and recruitment process to reflect evolving business needs.
Requirements : Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or franchising-related roles.
Proven ability to manage complex recruitment pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and project coordination.
College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
