JOB DESCRIPTION

The IGTP is looking for a Project manager contracted to carry out support tasks for the research project ONCOIVD of Digestive tumors unit in the BARGO (BadalonaApplied Research in Oncology) group at the IGTP in collaboration with the Medical Oncology Service of the ICO Badalona.

Main Responsibilities

Joining an ongoing project involving collection of samples using clinical circuits clinical data registration and analysis participation in the interpretation of data and writing of reports.

Main tasks

• Management of project documentation.
• Entry of clinical data into the database from SAP.
• Interaction with patient managers from other services.
• Supporting the clinical investigator in obtaining informed consents of patients to enter in the study and associated questionnaires.

The Germans Trias i Pujol Research Institute (IGTP) is a public research centre located in Badalona. Its main objective is to increase scientific knowledge in order to transform it into solutions to improve the health and medical care of patients and the community.

The Institute is associated with one of the major university hospitals in the Barcelona area the Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital and is part of the Can Ruti biomedical campus. IGTP is a CERCA centre and is also accredited as a centre of excellence by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) and is in charge of coordinating the management and scientific strategy of the campus working in close collaboration with the other centres.
