Main Responsibilities
Organize viewings of the showroom and future residences, creating a welcoming and reassuring experience for both students and parentsProactively generate sales through outbound calls, emails, and social media to secure bookingsBuild strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students and their families, listening actively to their needs and addressing concernsRepresent the brand at housing fairs, university events, and student hotspots across MadridCapture and manage student data, ensuring accurate reporting on leads, conversions, and occupancyAct as a brand ambassador, spreading awareness in the city and supporting marketing activitiesCore Skills / experience
At least 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (experience in student housing, hospitality, or luxury services is a plus)Confident, approachable, and empathetic communicator who can build credibility with both students and parentsResilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of Madrid (universities, neighborhoods, and student hotspots) is essentialOrganized, proactive, and target-driven, with a hands-on approachWhat's on offer
