We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our commercial team based in Madrid.

As a Senior Business Development Executive in our Insights division, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to understand and engage with our clients, driving growth and innovation. This role is essential in helping us maintain our position as the world's leading data insights and consulting company.
Reporting to and working closely with the Customer Experience Business Unit, you will drive sales for Kantar opportunities and revenue with new clients, focusing on how our solutions can help our clients achieve growth.
What you'll be doing
Accountable for individual CX sales targets, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding within existing accounts.
Identify new business opportunities.
Discover prospect needs and develop strategies to drive sales of focused solutions.
Create relationships with key contacts and prospective clients using the Kantar network and personal connections.
Lead Kantar CX events and participate in sector events as a speaker to enhance Kantar CX's market reputation.
Lead RFP and proposal development, collaborating with internal teams, coordinating client timelines, and developing compelling pitches and proposals.
The skills & experience needed
Minimum 8 years of management experience in sales, with a focus on commercial success.
Over 5 years of experience in sales with revenue targets, specializing in CX solutions.
A hunting mentality, experience leveraging existing client networks, and generating new leads.
Proven success in generating revenue from new business and new logo accounts.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Highly motivated self-starter with a drive for change and transformation.
Aspiring to establish and develop new business opportunities.
Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
Partner closely with Marketing and SDR teams to improve opportunity management and qualification processes.
Familiarity with CX platforms (Medallia & Qualtrics) and the market research industry.
Bachelor's degree or higher required.
