We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience within the power / energy sector and 5 years of offshore wind experience.

Accountability for the technical analysis and definition of WTG work packages is crucial to this position. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and leadership skills, with a proven track record in project optimization, contract management, and risk mitigation.
Lead the team, ensuring sufficient project resources and providing direction and supportDefinition and estimation of headcounts and levels for project constructionDevelopment of relationships with key suppliers across the construction services supply chainPreparation of specifications and technical documentation for project engagementAssessment of offers, selection of wind turbines, and monitoring of contractorsEvaluation of wind turbine activities against applicable standards, legislation, and good practicesTechnical support and liaison with other areas of the technical departmentContribution to CAPEX economic modeling and deliverables preparationThis high-profile position involves responsible objectives, resources, and budget across the WTG function.
