Spanish and English fluency are required for this role.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️- 6+ years of experience in UX / UI design.- Proven experience leading teams of at least 4 people .- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .- Strong proficiency in Figma .- Deep expertise in User Experience and Prototyping (MUST).- Solid understanding of Design Systems and User Research .- Experience working in banking environments (PLUS).- Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Lead the design and development of user-centric digital products.- Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions.- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and usability.- Manage and mentor a team of designers across multiple projects.- Stay current with UX / UI trends and best practices.- Ensure alignment between business goals and user needs.
