We Are Hiring : Marketing Technology Developer

Your Role

As our MarTech Developer at Spoki, you will be the engineering powerhouse behind our digital growth engine. This is a full-stack role designed for a creative problem-solver who lives at the intersection of code, data, and marketing. You will architect, build, and optimize our web presence, while engineering sophisticated automation systems to scale our marketing and business operations. Your mission is to build the technical infrastructure that drives measurable growth and delivers a world-class user experience.

Your Responsibilities

Full-Stack Web Development & Optimization :

Architect, develop, and maintain our new corporate website ( Next.js , WordPress, HubSpot) and other web properties, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

Lead back-end development, writing clean, efficient JavaScript , TypeScript, as well as PHP to build custom plugins, integrate APIs, and power our marketing stack.

Master our front-end, using HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript, React, and Next.js to create engaging, responsive, and highly optimized user experiences.

Work closely with our creative team on UI designs in Figma , converting them into fast, clean, production-ready code.

Manage the entire web infrastructure, including hosting environments on platforms like Google Cloud Project and database management with Firebase .

Growth & AI Implementation :

Collaborate with the marketing team to implement advanced tracking and analytics solutions using Google Tag Manager and Segment.

Develop and execute technical SEO strategies to maximize organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Integrate AI services like OpenAI API and Google Vertex AI to build intelligent automations for content personalization, lead scoring, and customer interaction analysis.

Conduct A / B tests and data analysis to identify key growth levers and optimize the entire user funnel for conversion using tools like (Optimizely, Kameleoon, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity).

Automation & Process Engineering :

Write custom scripts in Python to automate complex data manipulation, reporting, and system integration tasks that go beyond the capabilities of standard tools.

Integrate third-party services, CRMs, and internal systems using REST APIs and webhooks to create a seamless, automated flow of information across the company.

Design and implement robust automation workflows using both code-first and low-code platforms like n8n .

Ideal Profile

Experience & Skills

Full-Stack Proficiency : Proven experience in a full-stack development role with strong skills in :

Front-End : HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript and frameworks like React and Next.js .

Back-End : Python for scripting and server-side logic, and PHP for WordPress development.

Version Control : Comfortable working with Git and GitHub.

CRM Expertise : hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot development, including headless setups, custom plugin creation from scratch, and performance optimization.

Automation & Integration Mastery :

Demonstrated experience building complex workflows with code-first automation platforms like n8n .

Solid understanding and practical application of REST APIs for system integration.

Cloud & Database Skills :

Familiarity with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Project .

Familiarity with databases, SQL, NoSQL, etc.

AI Integration : Hands-on experience integrating and utilizing AI platforms via APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, Vertex AI ).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building efficient, scalable systems.

An eye for design and UX.

Collaborative, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.

Competitive Compensation : Gross salary ranging from €30,000 to €40,000 / year, with performance-based adjustments.
