The Role : As our Managing Consultant in Madrid, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of IT Recruitment Consultants. This is a position with a focus on driving performance, fostering a positive team environment, and contributing to the overall success of our South Europe business unit.

What We're Looking For : Proven experience as a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, IT Recruitment Team Manager or IT Recruitment Team Leader, with a strong understanding of the South European market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong coaching and motivational abilities.Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct.A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving team and company goals.Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships.
