Senior DevOps Engineer

Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll lead the infrastructure automation and deployment orchestration for our AI platform, bridging Azure Sovereign Landing Zone with on-prem Kubernetes. You'll drive DevSecAI Ops excellence, enabling seamless hybrid scaling for agentic workflows and model hubs; customize Dify.ai deployments for enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement IaC using Terraform and Bicep for provisioning Azure Sovereign Landing Zone resources (e.g., AKS clusters, VNet peering) and on-prem Kubernetes deployments, ensuring data sovereignty and hybrid interoperability; integrate Bicep for Azure-native modules.
• Lead CI / CD pipeline enhancements with GitHub Actions for GitOps-driven releases, supporting automated rollouts across cloud and on-prem for platform versions.
• Integrate security and observability : Deploy OPA for policy-as-code, Falco for runtime threat detection, and OpenTelemetry / Prometheus / Grafana stacks to monitor model drift, inference latency, and compliance audits in sovereign environments; align with Dify's LLMOps.
• Optimize hybrid infra for FinOps : Implement fine-grained cost allocation in Azure Cost Management and on-prem resource tagging, while scaling GPUs / CPUs for AI workloads.
• Collaborate on platform extensibility : Automate enterprise connectors and MCP / A2A support, facilitating GCP / AWS expansions post-Phase 3 using tools like UiPath for automation.
• Mentor cross-functional squads on DevSecOps best practices, conduct knowledge transfers from vendors, and ensure VAPT / CPX certifications for all deployments.
• Drive operational resilience : Set up monitoring / alerts for 24 / 7 operations, incident response via GitHub Issues, and pre-onboarding checklists for product migrations.
