We are looking for an Account Executive to monitor the Spanish Market from Madrid .
What your day will look like
As a Account Executive at ThinkProject Iberia, you will be a key player in expanding our footprint in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities across the construction asset lifecycle, from design and build to operation. You’ll work closely with the Regional Head of Business Development and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to our customers in the AEC and infrastructure industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a sales pipeline across Iberia & LATAM, focusing on high-potential accounts in AEC, real estate, and infrastructure.
Understand project lifecycles and workflows across the construction value chain : design, build, handover, and operation.
Provide client and market insights to product, marketing, and leadership teams.
What you need to fulfill the role
You are in Madrid Area or ready to relocate
3–6 years of experience in B2B software Sales, ideally in ConTech, SaaS, AEC, or digital transformation.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
