Working Hours : Full Time 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
Salary : £28,389 per annum
Location : Sale Road Norwich with travel required to other external sites. This role covers North, South, Central Norwich, East and West
Are you passionate about mental health and wellbeing? Do you have the skills to inspire, educate, and empower others. In this role you will play a key role in supporting the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of Norfolk and Waveney Mind’s training department. Working collaboratively with the Head of Training and wider team, the postholder will design, deliver, and evaluate high-quality training that enhances the knowledge, skills, and confidence of staff, volunteers, and external partners.
About The Role
As the Learning and Development Trainer, you will work closely with the Head of Training and wider team to develop, deliver, and continuously improve our diverse training portfolio. You will design and facilitate engaging sessions on topics including workplace wellbeing, mental health awareness, suicide intervention, and recovery — delivered through a variety of formats such as face-to-face workshops, virtual sessions, and e-learning modules. Your work will help foster a culture of wellbeing and support our mission to enhance mental health understanding across staff, volunteers, and external partners.
