Senior Development Team Lead

Overview

Job Description : We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our development and integration efforts for new versions of our field element controller product line. This individual will oversee internal teams, coordinate work packages, allocate responsibilities, and track progress against plan.

The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge, experience with project management tools, and understanding of railway signalling and traffic management technology.

A strong background in full development lifecycle, including planning, analysis, requirements, design, development, test & integration, maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate internal teams performing work packages within agreed architecture and design policy constraints.
• Allocate responsibilities to individual contributors.
• Track and report Schedule, Cost, Content, and Progress of works against plan.
• Identify and proactively manage project risks & opportunities and ensure risks are assessed and reported on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with other teams within the product / project engineering team.
