Your mission :

As Sommelier, your mission will be to curate and manage our wine program, offering expert recommendations and pairings to elevate the guest experience; oversee the wine list and cellar operations with precision; train and inspire the F&B team in wine knowledge and service; build strong relationships with suppliers to source exceptional labels; organize tastings and exclusive events; and ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and hospitality in every detail.
